I find that is true for me. I lose more easily and faster when I don't exercise but put all my efforts into my eating. However, as I lose and want to maintain.. exercise is key to that success.
I started exercising near the end of my weight loss last year and it worked perfectly to get off the last few pounds.. and kept me my goal size as I maintained and ate more freely.2
