I'm a runner and for the longest time I was drinking 'AminoVital Pro' grape flavor. Now they have discontinued it. I've tried other products but can't seem to find anything that I love. Right now I am drinking 'Cytomax' grape flavor and am OK with it. What recovery drink, if any, are you drinking?

Chocolate almond milk!!! Has everything you need and way fewer ingredients I can't pronounce.

I'm into the fat free chocolate soymilk (or almond milk) as stated above. As long as the 4:1 ratio is there and you want to drink it... it should be great for recovery

Just an FYI. Soy is not good for the male. It boosts estrogen.

This is true and sticks to my theory that excess estrogen makes the ladies crazy...
