Hi! I’m in charge of bringing dessert to a super bowl party tomorrow. Aside from fruit, any suggestions/recipes for healthier desserts? TIA

Hmm I don't know about healthy but less cals I've made cake.
One can of crushed pineapple and one box of cake mix dry (white, yellow or angel food cake) bake as instructions.
Then top with light cool whip.
I did cup cakes. When I did weight watchers they were one point. I've never figured out the cals per serving.2 -
I wanted to add they've always gone over well I've brought them to different gatherings.1

You can use a sugar substitute in the English summer pudding, poached pears and in the body of the custard of the creme caramel. No substitute for sugar in the chocolate sorbet or in making the caramel topping for the creme caramel.
I use 2% milk in creme caramel and cook on the lowest setting in the microwave until barely set in the middle because life is too short for cooking anything au bain marie. Takes about 40 minutes.1 -
Another low fat dessert is clafoutis. At this time of year I would use chopped pears instead of cherries. I use 2% milk. You can use a sugar substitute that can withstand baking.0
