Stuck!!

Hey y'all!!! Been at this for 3 weeks now and have lost 16lbs but can't get passed 259๐Ÿ˜” For 3 days I have been stuck, lowered the carbs, increased my water intake, didore exercises, but nope, stuck! I even changed the batteries in my scale๐Ÿ˜” still nothing!!

    Lowering carbs and upping water and exercise doesnt mean anything if you're not in a calorie deficit. 5a6yiel2q53x.jpg

    16 lb in 3 weeks is a LOT.

    Much of that will have been water weight; things will be a lot slower from here on in, and you need to set your expectations accordingly. 1lb a week is generally a good, healthy rate of loss.

    Give it a bit longer before you start changing everything. Patience is key when losing weight.

    Things won't go well if you worry because you haven't dropped weight in 3 days. You need to adjust your expectations to a more realistic level.

    Have you used a food scale to make sure you're more accurate on how much you're consuming? In a past experience, I did experience a plateau after about a month. It took about a month or two to see a sudden, loss. You may not be drinking enough water, may be too much salt, need to change your physical routine or up your calories. This too shall pass.. ๐Ÿ˜Š
