in Introduce Yourself
Hi, I am looking for some friends to enjoy the journey of losing weight & feeling better than I have in years. I do not care what age you are....I am 58 years old and I am 5'2". Currently I weigh 152.8 lbs. down from a beginning weight of 170 lbs. I have a goal at the moment to get to 149 lbs then 145 then down to 125 hopefully. I hope to achieve this before my birthday of Jan. in 2012. Hope to hear from someone & be able to share with.

    My goal is similar to yours, im looking to get from 150lbs to 130 to start and my goal date is february 24th 2012 so we can motivate each other if you like :wink:
