London Ontario?
I was at superstore and saw they had a great sale on 5lbs Kaizen protein. Almost $50 for the jug.1 -
Tesco sell PHD Smart bars. They’re the best tasting bars I’ve found so far. Waitrose sell Promax bars, which are like eating a paperback book.0

I haven't heard of PHD smart bars. But be careful with bars, a lot of them are packed with sugar.0

Grenade bars are good too. But if you’re in the UK, you’re going to get better value buying in bulk (ie from Amazon). Or make a protein shake with something like bulk powders and oats - filling and a lot cheaper.0

Muscle food is cheaper than in store if you’re buying protein bars in bulk - they also do great meat packs (but unfortunately deliver through dpd who are shite in my area and I’ve have issues the last three times I’ve ordered from them with delivery 🙄)0
