You are all inspirational! I have been struggling on my own. Seeing other's successes is very encouraging and I am hoping that being accountable will give me the kick in the rear that I need. I am hoping that losing some weight will give me a little relief from the arthritis pain in my feet. Add me to the cheering line .

Why exactly do I insist that Monday be my weigh in day? I get to this point of the week and see the weekend looming and just start to drag. What days do you guys weigh in? I’m thinking about changing. Positive attitude would be better than this! Thanks!!0

I weigh myself everyday but for this challenge I literally just report whatever day of the week the first falls on. This month it’s Friday. You can pick whatever day you want.
Of course maybe a Monday weigh in will keep you more aware over the weekend and help keep you on track?

The search pulls up all posts with whatever it is your seeking. It won't do any good to search by your name because it isn't in the message body that the system searches.1 -

I usually weigh in the first day of every month, and then whatever day the last day falls on (this month is Thursdays), I will weigh in that day each week.1 -
I'll try for 5, but I'm averaging 1lb a week right now.
