I don't know what kind of foods you like but if you Google "vegan gluten-free recipes" you will get a good amount of results and they will be free of all those three ingredients. Then it's up to you if you want to add fish or meat to them.2

I think this is good advice, but I will throw in a couple of things I like that fits the bill (I don't have any limitations on my own consumption of dairy, egg, or wheat, so most of what I eat wouldn't be suitable):
1) legume-based soups -- my favorite for making from scratch is lentil with kale (or escarole) and sausage (or leftover cooked chicken if that happens to be on side. Saute some chopped onion and carrot, add stock or a mix of stock and water, add lentils, cook 5 to 10 mins., add chopped kale or escarole, cook until lentils and veggies are tender. Add sliced (cooked) sausage (I prefer something on the spicy side, but suit yourself) or diced (cooked) chicken. Cook to heat meat through. Season with salt and pepper, hot sauce if desired. Optional step: remove some lentils before adding meat (don't worry if you get some broth and veggies too) and puree in blender and return to pot for a creamy texture (or just puree a bit in the pot with a stick/immersion blender).
2) grains and greens salad. Cook quinoa, rice, or whatever non-wheat grains you eat. Remove whatever portion you plan to serve and spread shallow in a dish or bowl to cool quickly (I like it anywhere from still a little warm, to room temp, to still a little cool from the fridge if you're using leftovers -- if you do it with leftovers, you can give the grains a quick zap in the microwave or a quick trip through hot water to take the chill off). Put on a bed of greens (I like romaine hearts because they keep well and arugula because I like bitter foods). Add whatever veggies (my favs for this include mushrooms, avocado, bell peppers, legumes, and tomatoes) and protein you like. Dress with favorite dressing (I like lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and generous amounts of fresh-milled pepper).2 -
Just about any asian dish that is not egg based will be egg, wheat and dairy free. Here's a couple to get you started.

There are a lot of recipes that fit that requirement. This took me ~5 min of clicking through three different websites. Note, I don't typically eat eggs and I don't like most dairy, though I will cook with it. I

Breakfast ideas:
Oatmeal
Granola/Musli (make sure these and the oatmeal are coming from a factory where there isn't cross contamination)
Dairy free yogurt
Various hashes (I'm partial to corn beef hash)
Congee
Various breakfast sausages
Fruit
Eating leftovers of any of the above recipes
Gluten free cereals
Other ideas that I'm not going to look up recipes for:
Coq au vin
Just about anything that is braised in a liquid that isn't milk
Roasted vegetables
Baked potatoes (that fits under roasted vegetables I suppose)
Oxtail stew (if there's wheat flour in it, substitute it with another thickener)
Probably most recipes that involve cooking en papillote
Roasted chicken/turkey/duck/any meat really
Curries of various types from various countries
Fried rice (without the egg)
A whole host of salads
Polenta (without adding dairy - it can be done, I've done it many a time)
Ossobuco (that, and the oxtail, belong in the braised meats category)
That's a good month's worth of if ideas, at minimum, right there0
