7 pounds and what a difference! (with pics!)

in Success Stories
All told I've lost about 12 pounds (It was 15 but I let myself go a bit :grumble:) anyway, point is, there's already such a difference :)

I don't know about you guys, but I already see a difference :) I can't wait to get healthier :D!

    I see a big difference, too! I wish I had taken some "before" shots myself, 'cause sometimes it's hard to see it yourself if you can't compare side-by-side!
