....i'm having a really hard time deciding if i am "sedentary" or "lightly active".....i bike to and from class and sometimes have to walk around campus, up stairs, run tons of errands, etc. but i cant say i spend MOST of my time standing like the description says. by the same token, i also dont get in a car, drive to work, sit at a desk all day, and then drive home...im definitely more active than that on a daily basis. thoughts?

I would put sedentary then and then log exercise separately.

I have mine set to sedentary, and then add in the bike rides and long walks across campus manually. The up and down stairs, etc. I just don't count.

im a student, and during the semester I go to lightly active because

I usually have to walk a good 90+ min a day including up and downstairs. I never drive anywhere or bike.
I also end up running around during the weekends party hopping lol. Trudging through the snow & dancing a lotttt (: hahaha.
