Ive lost 21 lbs so far. I went on a four day vacation and still watched what I ate but not as closely as I usually do. I also didn't work out the whole time I was there. I've been stuck at the same weight for a few weeks now. Some days I go up a little (never more than 2 lbs) and then I go back down but never below what I was before I left for vacation. Any advice? I really want to lose another 4 pounds before the end of august!

Change it up. Spike your calorie intake up/down... do different exercises than you're used to. Drink a lot of water. Basically, do something your body doesn't "expect" so to say? Works for me very well.

as posted above.. do you new workouts, dont know what ur cal defecitcy is.. if its good you can drop a little more if not then increase for 2 weeks and drop again... increase on cardio, if you have been running at constant speed try doing intervals instead, also BEST THING for weight loss is doing HIT.. or supersets/trisets/giant sets.. because u don't only burn fat and cals during ur workout but it rasises ur metabolism for next 48hrs...

    also things to consider:
    Anabolic diet
    ECA stack
or combine both for best results..

I agrre with the last comment you need to change your excercise routine and perhaps eat back less or none of the nett calories gained You need to shock the body out of a routine.

when cutting i eat maybe a quarter of my calories back.. only because i burn 900+cals during workouts... but people who eat all their or most cals back.. dont expect too much weight loss..

I don't eat my calories back.. I can hardly mantain eating a healthy amount of calories as it is. When I'm lazy I can eat a cow.. when I'm in a routine of exercising, I physically just can't eat sometimes...
