Hey y’all! I’m new to the community I have been doing work outs and intermittent fasting for a week now (16/8) and I’m seeing literally no results. I know a week isn’t enough time to see anything drastic but I should at least see a little change right? Any tips are welcome!! And I recently changed my diet to a healthy one packed with raw foods and lean meats so hopefully that helps too

Are you weighing and measuring your food and staying in your calories that MFP gave you when you entered your info in?

    What are your goals?

Exercise is great but how much you put in your body is key to losing.

If you are staying in cals double check your labels and measurements for the food your consuming.

Give it at least 4-6 weeks before you change anything

Did you also change your diet to one that was lower in calories?

There is only one 'tip' that works for fat loss: take in fewer calories than you expend.

Exercise is good for health, eating a wide variety of foods including plenty of fresh fruit and veg is good for health; but you can lose weight on a diet of Oreos, as long as you're taking in fewer calories than you expend.

The tricky part of weight loss is the psychological side, such as dealing with feelings of hunger. For that, I suggest experimenting with what you eat to see what you find most satisfying - mentally as well as physically - and learning what your appetite triggers are and how to deal with them. You can't just willpower it for the months it takes. For me, I find I'm not hungry as long as I'm not bored :)
