Please help! I can’t lose weight!

For reference I am currently 5’1.5/156cm and 99 lbs/45kg. My goal weight is 93-95 lbs/42-43kg. I am Asian and have a small frame so this is not really unhealthy. I am just really unsatisfied with how I look because I have plenty of stomach and thigh fat even though i work out frequently.

Anyway, after initally losing 20 lbs since November 2017, I’ve been unable to lose a single pound since July 2018. It’s honestly infuriating.

My maintenance calories are 1800. I eat around 1200-1400 a day and on some days around 1500-1600 but very rarely reaching 1800 and NEVER going above. However, as mentioned before, I haven’t lose ANY weight? It’s been months and months of restriction and exercise and I haven’t lost a single pound... It makes me so frustrated and I’ve cried over this whole ordeal a multitude of times because I feel so helpless. I try so hard but it doesn’t produce results

Does anyone have any idea why I can’t lose any weight even though I eat less than my maintenance and exercise daily?

What workouts do you do? I know that even when I haven't lost weight if I do a lot of strength workouts or weights I feel happier with my body and my clothes fit better.

That is most likely to be a logging issue. You're either overestimating your exercise or underestimating your consumption. At 5'1 and 45 kg that is a very high maintenance; are you really burning that many calories every day?

Are you weighing everything you put in your mouth, including all cooking oils, drinks, fruit and veg, etc? Using uncooked estimates for uncooked rice, and so on? If you open your diary, people may be able to identify any possible errors you may be making.

+1 At your weight, you have a very small margin of error, so it becomes really important to be as accurate as possible.
