Advise , is the upgrade on mfp worth it?

    Look at the features... see if they are worth it for you.

    I personally love premium for the macro breakdowns and no ads.

    I like it because I can customise my meal plans, but more importantly as I've paid for it I make sure I use it so it helps keep me on track.
