I feel like my face was one of the most dramatic parts of my weight loss!

Mine usually blows people's minds... I'm Trans and the changes to face regarding water retention and fat changes are huge. Love for fitness and lifting heavy hasn't changed though!

Have only lost maybe 2lbs since beginning of Jan but my neck seems loads diffrent. Sorry or makeup free scare and you tube screenie

Awe, thank you so much. I have to admit it, I feel 100 times better now than I did at 40. Especially since I'm currently 61 years old.

It took YEARS to go from upper left to the other two but it shaved years off my appearance ❤️ I feel better about myself in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s...hoping to turn my baby bicep into a full fledged bicep sometime later this year 😁

Every time I see the first photo, it breaks my heart. I hurt terribly for the person in the first picture. I remember the devastating feeling of going into the public eye. I remember the desperation to find ANYTHING that would work for me. I still have a long way to go, but here is me as of this morning. 88lbs down! 💕
