I’m the fittest I’ve ever been in my life, For some reason my mind tells me I’m fat ugly and that this *kitten* is pointless does anybody have any suggestions

Take measurements, focus on how your clothes fit (or new smaller size), if your fitness level has increased at all then remind yourself of that, and look at before and after pictures side by side.2

I’ve struggled with this problem most of my life and I bet a lot of us on here do... try to stay positive and don’t always trust your feelings.
It’s gotten bad... my wife will tell me she thinks I look good and I just can’t bring myself to believe her (cus I’m so disgusted with myself) then she thinks I’m being equally as judgmental about her as I am on myself (and I’m not I think she looks great) but the doubt is still there for both of us and that kinda sucks.0 -

Have you looked into some self help or talking therapy?2 -
I’m involved heavily in a 12 step program that helps but some days suck bad1
