What’s everyone work out plan for today? Mine would be cardio, arms, shoulder, back and abs. 💪🏽🤙🏽

Today I am cycling 16 miles to and from work, then walking 2 miles to the gym to do an hours Les Mills Body Pump, I LOVE TUESDAYS1

Yoga to stretch everything back out and maybe a casual walk. Today is my recovery day.1
