So I’ve been using this app a while but never come on the forum before. My weight has been going up and down for years. Mainly due to me having bulimia. Be nice to meet some people who are interested in supporting each other to reach our goals. In a healthy way.

I personally wouldn't recommend using this app as a resource for ED recovery unless it was in partnership with your treatment team.3

I completely get what your saying. This app isn’t exactly the best thing for someone with a calorie obsessed problem. But I use it in a way that I can log my food in a healthy way. I try and use it to help keep me focused on eating in a healthy way rather than starve and binge etc.
Be nice to meet people who are also trying to recover. I personally wasn’t sure if I’d even find anyone this forum thing is very new to me.
Thank you for your comment

I wish you the very best luck in your recovery try not to focus in 2 hard in the numbers in your diary I would just use this site as a guideline planner of macros and nutrients to eat healthy!
