Ripped in 30 vs 6 Week 6 Pack

I'm doing 30 Day Shred right now. I've heard that the 30DS gives big results....
I haven't done Ripped in 30, or 6 Week 6 Pack.... My question is: Which of those two give bigger results?
What should I do after I finish 30DS?
I really need to focus on getting rid of my belly, so whichever does that.

I didn't like 6 wk. 6 pack. I did an episode from on demand and it did NOTHING for my abs.0

I haven't done Ripped in 30. But I'm on week 3 of 6 Week 6 Pack and have already lost 7 lbs and 2 inches in my lower stomach fat.0

Ripped in 30 targets more areas of your body. It really help with definition in my legs, arms, obliques, and calves.0

They both provide a nice amount of cardio. Level 1 of 6W6P is pretty easy. Level 2 IS NOT.
Ripped in 30 will provide more overall toning, whereas 6W6P focuses on your core. While you can't spot-reduce fat, you can focus on where you want the muscle tone.
I personally prefer Ripped in 30 because I'm still looking to strengthen my entire body.0 -
If you dont want to lose more weight or burn fat but maybe get a ripped stomach, then choose 6W6P. If you still feel you have a few pounds of fat left to lose and want to tone the whole body even more then chose Ripped. Ripped is a lot harder then 30 DS imo.
I think that if you want results from 6w6p its best to do it straight for a month, or at least 5 times a week, that will probably chock your abs to shape.0 -
It's hard to compare Ripped with Six Pack because Ripped will target the whole body where as Six Pack is more for your ab area. I don't use Six Pack as a stand alone workout, I use it as a supplement. For example, i will do Ripped and skip Ripped's cool down and continue my workout with Six Pack. And Six pack will definitly give you a nice definition if your abs and obliques.0

Bump, I'm curious about this as well.
I plan on buying 3 Jillian Michael DVDs soon bc of the great reviews. '30 Day Shred' & her newest 'Killer Buns & Thighs' are already on my must have list...but I can't decide between 6 Week Six-Pack and Ripped in 30 as the third DVD. Suggestions?0
