Team Thin It to Win It had 82.3 points and Team Weight Loss Warrior Princesses had 60.5 points. Congrats also to Team Abnehmen for raising their score by over 30 points and to Team Weight Loss Warrior Princesses who raised their score by about 15 points!!!!

Individual with the most pounds lost: Mitzi with 4.6 lbs..

Yay Team!!! I must say I'm super proud of myself. That's the biggest one week loss I've had since March. My plateau lasted a loooong time. Great job everyone!!!!0

I'm late but yesterday I did 45 min of exercise including 20 min ont he elliptical and 25 minutes doing weights. I guess it would be considered circuit training. And today I'm at 72 oz of water. I really don't think I'll make it to 128 by tonight so count me for 1 point. Have a great night everyone!0
