I got injured in the Military, jacked up overseas and unfortunately gained a lot of weight due to not being able to be.... Well active, lol. 215lbs yoked then injured, then onto 250lbs pudge which doesn't seem to be a lot but when I was already struggling to keep the muscle on an average 175lbs frame it was a huge change. So once I was able to I started doing everything I could do within my new limitations and pain. The number of different workouts, plans, etc...... I've tried to get myself back to a decent shape worked until I started to hit my frames new comfortable weight wasn't what I wanted... This is what I have been currently using to get definition back. So to each their own I hope and pray I'll be somewhat back into great looking shape! After being larger than I have ever been in my life I had to make a complete lifestyle change!
