I lost 120 lbs when I had my lapband in 2013. I started working 3 jobs not sleeping but maybe 3 hrs in 24. Depression hit and I gained all of it back. I’m ashamed to go back to the dr until I loose a lot back so I’m starting again. #Prayerswork and they’re appreciated.

    I didn’t have surgery but I had lost a bunch of weight and then put ALL of it back on....got ride of my ex so now it’s time to get rid of the lbs!!

    Life can do that to us but you are strong and can overcome. The only thing to be ashamed of is not trying. You can do this!
