Hi guys,

I started using Fitness Pal on my droid a while back but didn't stick with it. I'd like to lose 20 pounds. I'm a 26 year old female and I weigh 150, 5'1". I've started exercising regularly a few months ago, but I still have trouble watching what I eat. When I was using Fitness Pal before I'd track my food until I reached my daily calorie goal and then I'd stop tracking, even when I was still eating! This time I plan on documenting everything going into my body, so that I have it right in front of me and can realize how many calories I'm actually consuming.

I really enjoy working out as long as it's not terribly high impact. I had started doing jogging/interval training which I loved but was just too hard on my knees. Any suggestions for good calorie burners that don't kill my joints would be much appreciated. : )

  • Hi, I have used MFP for a while on droid too but have started again with avengence. I think taking part in forums and adding friends will make a difference for me this time. Seeing how well others are doing will give me added motivation.

Good luck on your journey. Feel free to add me if you like.
