Good morning everyone. This is my 2nd day on here and just getting started. I am about 3 years out from double hip replacement and put on a lot of weight in the past few years. The hips feel great but bot knees are close to throwing in the towel so replacement there is also on the horizon. I am limited but want to start losing the belly. I am starting out at 337 and have set an initial goal of a "healthier" 250 over the next 18 months. I finally have my head in the right place and want to do this. I am gonna try anyway!
