What do I eat??

This is the biggest part I struggle with. I know my calorie intake a day. I work out 6 days a week I am just very stuck when it comes to my diet. I read and read and read online and it all get so confusing. Salads get boring after awhile. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I am only about a month into all of this.

    I pretty much like anything except seafood. I just struggle with my meal planning.

    So track the foods you like to eat, not too much but just enough to put you in a deficit. That's it.

    Why do you need to meal plan? How did you plan meals before?

    I always plan the night before and track what I am going to eat and try and stick with it. I agree, salads do get boring for me as well. I switch it up each day with a veggie and protein and dip everything in spicy mustard to give my food some kick. I was never great with food prepping for the week, I got super bored with that, but I tell ya, if you track the night before on my fitness pal what you are going to eat the following day, it is life changing.

    Eat what you like, but be honest to yourself. More often than not you will know what food is holding you back.
