  • Totally fell off the wagon this week; stressed and under the weather with a sinus infection lead me to stray from keto since nothing tasted good. Ready to get back on track though and planning to workout 4 days this week at the gym aside from doing sit-ups and planks daily. I WILL make it happen! What about you?

    For me, more of the same as I’ve done the last 5 months. I’d like to only eat back half of my exercise calories but have been unable to do so. I’m only 4.7 lbs. to my initial goal weight so, for me, not willing to reinvent the wheel this week.

    I'd like to run 4x this week; regardless of speed, just get my butt out the door and onto the road 4 times.
