Veteran MFP User, Now also on WW (Weight Watchers)!

Hello hello hello!

Old MFP user back at it. I'd successfully lost ~35lbs a few years ago but have unfortunately gained it back. Now I'm trying to do it all again in my 30s (with a declining metabolism to help things out, ha!).

I'm actually on WW (Weight Watchers) right now, and I've actually had some great beginner's luck with it. (This isn't a thread to discuss WW, so I'll leave it at that. Feel free to DM me for thoughts & observations). I'm back on MFP because I believe in CICO, so I'd like to make sure I keep my "free food" in check while on WW! I'm double tracking for the time being (with the goal being to eventually get off WW) and would love some friends on here who'd like to make the shift to clean(er) eating too! I'm a total foodie, so I can guarantee I'll be eating a healthy variety of foods (I eat carbs! And drink occasionally! Gasp!).

Open diaries & workout motivation please! In return I'll do the same for you :)

    Welcome back and good luck! I'm not on WW, I just follow a clean diet (with the occasional drink too) and do P90X. I have an open diary also so can feel free to add me and check it out 😊

    Welcome Back! Lets Do This! I believe in CICO! i have had great sucess on here and after weightloss surgery! Lets be friends along the way! I have an open diary and give motivation daily!
