I have lost a total of 8.5 inches total!!!!!!!!!!! I am still in size 18 (us) pants but it feels so good to be a bit smaller! I noticed that I do not have that overlap on my stomach as bad any more, I will post pics when I do my next measurements.

    The stomach overlap loss feels great doesn't it?! I was at 220 and now am at 195 and I love that that part in particular is shrinking! it makes wearing clothes much more fun!
    I like that you have all those little goals to work yourself towards-it's a great idea!

    I love that part too. I have a black dress that I have had since 2009 that I bought to use as motivation and just recently remembered I had it, I am so psyched to be able to fit into it :happy:
