With a smaller gut after dropping 29 lbs., I can’t believe I ate everything on the plate. A full rack of baby back BBQ ribs and a “naked” large baked potato.
That’s my NSV for today.

I was only 220 calories over my daily budget which isn’t too bad. It was a “good “investment” those 220 calories. Managed it by eating an apple, banana and orange earlier for meal #1 but I was darn hungry for the big one. Thought I had died and gone to heaven as I was chowing down.7

You met your protein goal for the day. Good job. I think having a good meal like this helps mental resolve and makes it easier to stay on track. Over by 262 is not bad at all.2

That was quite funny and unexpected. Only bad thing about it is I viewed it as I was sitting down at work fixing to eat my supper- tuna and crackers 😒
