Hello, my name is Stephen. I am 38 and been on my fat loss journey since Aug 2015. I have lost 5 stone so far. I joined so I could track my calorie intake. I use Fitbit to track my activity.

I like to train every day im some respect (if possible).

I have just enrolled with Hull Uni to study for a degree in Sport, Exercise and Coaching Science.

Looking to meet like-minded people for motivation and inspiration.

I love Instagram for posting about all my workouts and recipes that I am currently trying.

    Welcome friend! I love sharing recipes too. I'm not great with exercise in general, but I love my Fitbit and work hard to keep my step count at a reasonable level.
