I’m scared!! And nervous

I’m scared to start eatting more calories I’m 103-105 pounds and I run track and go to the gym to do kettlebell training at least once sometimes twice a week I have track practice five days a week. I’m really scared of gaining weight but I wanna start getting bulky and maybe go into body building. Thoughts and advise?

    Well if you are interested in body building...you have to gain weight to accommodate muscle. Eating has to change too. Not a bad thing just a different sport to show off muscle size and cuts.
    Whole different mind set and strategy.
