I know this subject has been discussed at length, but I'm taking a little survey and would just like to know whether or not you eat back your exercise calories AND what your average weight loss is per week (whether you do or don't eat them back). If you do eat them back, please say "yes, I do eat them back and my average weight loss per week is _____".

If you don't eat them back, please say, "no, I don't eat them back and my average weight loss per week is ______".

I can't decide if I should or shouldn't. Not having any success by NOT eating them back, so maybe I should be eating them. This is about as scientific as I know how to be. LOL. Thanks for participating.

    yes, I do eat them back and my average weight loss per week is almost a pound

    (According to my settings I should lose a pound a week, but I tend to go over some days)

    While I was losing weight I never ate my burned calories and I lost about 2 Lbs per week, but now for about two months I'm maintaining and still not eating my burned calories and I'm just building muscle :-)

    I do not eat my exercise calories back and I lose about 2-3lbs a week.

    Yes I do eat my exercise calories back (most of them!) and I am loosing 2.5lbs per week.

    Yes, I do eat them back and my average weight loss per week is 2lbs (I always under estimate my exercise tho, and don't necessarily go to the new full calorie limit, if I'm not hungry).

    Some days I eat them back and some days I don't. My average weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. Everybody is different, just go with what feels right for you.
