Reaching Out

Hello! I wanted to introduce myself and meet others for support and make new friends. I’m Keeks, and I’ve lost just over 30lbs since mid-December. My weight loss journey began after being hospitalized and having life-saving surgery at the end of October. Since then I’ve lost over 72lbs. I started using the free version of MFP in December and it’s helped me stay focused on my journey. Feel free to say hi!
