So I can’t eat complex carbs like bread, tortillas, oatmeal or potatoes cause it makes me bloated to the max and makes me feel hella tired. My goal is to get to 110 by June, I am 142lbs . My fitness pal put my calories at 1,600 calories to lose 1lb a week. So I put my macros at 100g carbs, 200g protein and like 60g fat . Is this gonna be alright for me ? I do weight lift and cardio . I’m 5’1 and 19yrs old.

I haven't calculated it up, but if it equals 1600 calories for someone who is 5'1", that sounds perfectly reasonable. The protein seems a bit high for someone who is only 142lbs, and may be difficult to obtain, but not impossible. Try it for a couple of weeks and see how it works out for you.

Yes, with a goal weight of 110 pounds, 200 g of protein is way more than you need. People will be along with a variety of formulas to calculate optimal protein. Instead of Lean Body Weight, you can just use your goal weight.

Unless I'm mathing wrong, that comes to 1740 calories:
    (100*4) + (200*4) + (60*9)

So drop the protein to 165 to get to 1600.

You didn’t put your activity level, but for me, I’m 5’4, 130lbs, and sedentary and my maintenance calories are just over 1600. So even at 1200cals I lose < 1lb/week. Cardio is my friend so I can eat more food haha. I’m guessing your activity level must be slightly active or active rather than sedentary.

Weight loss plan sounds reasonable, but the weight loss won't happen. The less you have to lose the less you will be able to lose. If you run too much of a deficit you're body will burn too much muscles for energy. You want to preserve muscles as they keep you healthy and strong and make you look good. People that are skinny fat have too little muscles. That's why they look flabby.
