I am 26 and have been struggling with PCOS since I was 18 I was officially diagnosed 2 years ago. Have been gaining about 8 to 10 pounds every year. Does anyone have a similar issue?

    27. Was diagnosed at 21. Taking it slow and steady this time. No fad diets, no quick fixes. Changing my lifestyle and sticking with it!

    Yes same here! I was diagnosed at 15. Weight los can be done.
    I did lose 100lbs to finally get pregnant using MFP.
    Here I am again and so far it’s working like last time!
    I am currently on a medium carb diet and do low intensity workouts. Maknly walk at a leisurely pace to destress.
    It’s the only thing making some symptoms subside.
    You just have to believe you can do it!!

    Diagnosed at 16. 22, now. PCOS has been kicking my butt lately and has kept me from trying to completely change my lifestyle. Im just trying to take little steps at a time.
