Nope!
I like a moderate calorie deficit and a consistent lifting program.2 -
How to lose body fat:
1) Be in a consistent calorie deficit.
That's it. That's all you need.

I need around 2,800-3,000 calories to maintain my weight. If I eat anything less than that consistently, I will burn body fat.2

Hard work, no short cuts. clean eating and portion control plus cardio and workouts. Bam. don't waste your time with short cuts and miracle pills.4

Healthline really has been a swamp of bad information since it appeared on the scene. They're very good at search optimization and making sure they're in the top search results, though2

Cardio for at least 30 minutes does it, at least three times a week. For me, I have to do at least an hour to really kick it.0

Typical oversimplified approach. The reality is that body fat is lost on a consistent calorie deficit regardless of what program one uses. The approach is one's preference. Contrary to popular belief, cardio isn't for "fat burning". Any excess stored fat is burned at REST which is why rest is important.
