Need new friends! :)

Hello! My name is T, I’m 25 yrs old. I weighed at 184.8 when I started my healthy habits. I have been eating clean and exercising since November. I do bootcamp exercises as well as intervals 5x week. I’m 5.4 lbs away from my goal weight(144.8). It has been a trying journey—between celebrating my scale and non-scale victories I’ve been dealing with homelessness, working more than 100 hrs per paycheck, being a caregiver for two brothers with psych disorders... and haters who call me selfish for indulging in self-care while juggling my responsibilities. Even though I fight with myself about binge-drinking or eating my feelings, I’m so proud of my progress so far. I wanted to share it with you all. I don’t post my meals on my profile but I do post my weigh-ins and progress photos. I’m gonna try my darndest to start posting my meals from now on!     I live in Michigan! I did it by eating clean, Whole Foods (3 meals a day + 2 shakes between meals), avoiding sugars, limiting salt, drinking a lot of water, and exercising!
