Weird yogurt stir ins

What are some things that you like to stir into your yogurt?

Here is what I have tried in plain or vanilla yogurt:
Fresh fruit
dried fruit
granola
jam
trail mix
nuts
whey powder

Today I'm going to try natural peanut butter!

    Kashi Go Lean Crunch
    Any granola or muesli
    Honey
    Fruit jam/preserves
    Fresh fruit
    Dried or fresh herbs, salt & pepper, then I use it as a veggie dip
    Salsa mixed in equal parts- low cal fat free salad dressing for taco salad

    The combination of honey and unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey's) is very, very good.

  • Cottage cheese. Love it and all my friends that try it love it to. You should try it. Lots of protein and so yummy!!!

    I get the non fat plain greek yogurt and and a teaspoon of agave nectar.
  • Grapenuts rock in any flavor of yogurt....add some texture and crunch.
  • We buy plain yogurt w no flavor, so I always add things in. Yesterday we added natural apple butter and it was AWESOME! The kids loved it, as did I.

    Other add ins:
    puffed Kamut
    homemade freezer jam
    wheat germ

    I've heard pudding mix makes it really thick, but haven't tried that yet.

    My kids love "pumpkin pudding" - plain Greek yogurt mixed with a little pumpkin, some vanilla whey protein, pumpkin pie mix and cinnamon sugar (for mine I use cinnamon and stevia liquid to sweeten it a bit).

    I love stirring in natural peanut butter, kashi go lean cereal and cinnamon for breakfast.

    My favorite dessert is a half cup of plain greek yogurt mixed with a tablespoon of hot cocoa mix (last night I also mixed in a little raspberry preserves since I had some extra calories, but it's very carb heavy then).

    plain nonfat greek yogurt with:

    peanut flour
    peanut flour + dark 100% cocoa powder
    pumpkin butter
    davinci sugar free flavored syrups (like white chocolate, marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and the list goes on!)

    and I love to pair it with a vitatop!

    I'm seriously going to have to try a lot of these!! But my favorite is blueberries and almonds. Nothing too daring...LOL!

    I like adding Kashi go lean and some blueberries. I basically use yogurt instead of milk. It fills me up way longer.
