    I am new too... 2 weeks keep up with the food diary... even when you have one of those days where you eat too much of everthing!...This is a process and it does get easier to track as time goes by. Prepare a few days of meals and snacks ahead of time ... this will help you when you are hungry and tired after a long work day.
