Tracking is key for me in weight loss, always has been. I've been diligent about tracking this time around but I've also changed what I eat. I'd love to have a few more MFP friends that can encourage and motivate me, and hopefully I can do the same. Here is my weekly progress as of this last Saturday, I am now in week 7 of my Journey and I've lost 18 pounds! 3x5781mmzob5.jpg

    Wow! That’s amazing. Really great job. I know diligently tracking is key for me or else I tend to fall off the wagon.
