Calorie adjustment

How are calorie adjustments for steps calibrated. So far today, I’ve walked 3.3 miles, 8381 steps, and the calorie adjustment is 32. Is this correct, I think I burned at least 300 calories, or does my app have poltergeist?

It depends on what your activity level on MFP is set to. You're only going to get an adjustment for activity that exceeds the activity level you have set in MFP.2 -
^^ this.
If you set your baseline to "active" or.
you set it to "not very active" ... it will synch with your Fitbit and give you extra over the amount it gives you in the standard day based on your baseline.
Just wanted to add, if you are set to anything more than "not very active" it is important to allow.negative adjustments for those days when you aren't really that active.0
