Losing weight at 45

So I’m currently cutting down on crap food and ciggeretted and liquor!! How can I satisfy this sweet tooth. I’m 45 and am trying to live cleaner

Try small portions. Read labels. Decide how much you want the sweet and budget calories for it. I keep wrapped mini chocolates in my desk at work and dole them out slowly...also girl scout cookies. One (or half) a serving at a time. Friend me if you like. I'm in a similar place...just no cigs. ☺0

Losing weight at 45 is the same as at any age - eat less calories than we burn leads to weight loss.
If you have a sweet tooth, save some calories for something sweet every day - I reserve around 200 per day for chocolate.

(ps I only started trying to seriously lose weight at 42, got to goal weight a year later and I'm now approaching my 'big' birthday and still maintaining that loss - I always say, if I can, anyone can . )1
