Hey guys just wanted to say hi and tell everyone that no matter what brought you here keep going and never give up! You may slip but it doesn’t matter, you can do it!

My goal is to finally at 37 years young compete in my first bodybuilding show! Super pumped! I hope to help anyone stay motivated and work through the tough times that are going to come to all of us.

    Thank you! Good luck with your goals as well! Ottawa is pretty good. I grew up here and moved away for work but now I’m back!

    I moved to Ottawa in 2009. Came here for a meeting in 2006 and fell in love. Moved to a few different places but my heart was always in Ottawa. Was born 5000 miles away from here, but I consider it my hometown.
