Modified HCG

There is a new method for HCG. This thread might be blocked for speaking about it but under strict doctors supervision I am starting this diet. It is not the 500 calorie diet from before they calculate your personal calories. Mine is 725 cal of protein in a day in addition to 30gm of net carbs of veggies and one serving of Melba toast in the evening. No oils except MTC or coconut spray. This is not unhealthy. 30 net carbs of veggies is a ton of food. Peace and love:)

My lunch today is about 725 calories. Good luck with that.10

Cool. Thanks.1

Still sounds like a VLCD which is against the rules to promote/talk about here.
You don’t mention dietary fat, but keep in mind some minerals/vitamins cannot be absorbed by the body without it.7 -

From FDA website: Currently, there are no FDA-approved HCG drug products for weight loss. HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that HCG increases weight loss.
Additionally, the labeling for the “homeopathic” HCG products states that each product should be taken in conjunction with a very low calorie diet (VLCD). Consumers on a VLCD are at increased risk for side effects including gallstone formation, electrolyte imbalance, and heart arrhythmias. A VLCD should only be used under proper medical supervision.

Strict doctor's supervision? A DOCTOR is supervising HCG consumption? Is this a real doctor or one of those med spa "doctors" that sell the stuff? Because I can't imagine a real doctor who has gone to medical school supervising such nonsense.5
