I am currently on a thirty pound weight loss adventure, I do not want to say diet. I excercise at least five to six times a week at home for at least 20 to thirty minutes, I call it dancercise. I notice I lost the most weight by logging in my meals and keeping up with my meal in take. I still eat a sweet treat every now a then like a piece of cake. Most of my sweets come from the fruits I started to eat more of. I really thought it would cost a lot more money to change my eating habits to more baked or broiled but it bid not. For fried, I’ve found using bread crumbs gives my food the fried taste. I only big thing for me is when, I don’t have time to cook my meals, I tend to run to a fast food place right quick. I’ve lost 6.9 pounds up and down in between. Now it’s time for me to keep my goal and stay focused. Feel free to add me
