Is this too much for my nutrition?

I logged my breakfast and lunch. I had a smoothie and then for lunch, salmon and a small salad. I’m not sure if this is too much? I am 27. I currently weigh 167 and I am 5’3. I sit all day but I lift 6x every week. I have been doing it for 3 weeks now. I lost 7lbs but I didn’t track calories. I decided to start doing it recently because I’m worried about my protein powder that might be too much for my nutrition.

What do you even mean "too much for your nutrition" ? Did you have a specific macro goal? And if so .. why ?3

43g of protein from 2 meals is not too much.
You may want to get some scales though so you can be more accurate with your logging.2
