    Welcome.
    My tips are
    1. Weigh yourself and take measurents. (I do my once a month)
    2. Weigh ALL food and liquids (except water as it doesnt have calories( i think)🤔🤔🤣🤣)
    3. It will be hard at times but I feel this is because we are now made aware of calorie intake
    4. Sometimes you will go over your allowance ,sometimes not . As long as not over all of the time,ull be fine
    5. Any questions, just ask.someone will help

    Just a couple:

    1. Get a scale and weigh everything. We are all very poor estimators.
    2. Don't give up everything you love, just make it fit into your allowance.
    3. Avoid any changes you can't live with forever i.e. no sweets, no bread, no birthday cake, all the 'no's' :) It's really NOT necessary.
    4. Don't try to lose too fast. For many that just makes it unsustainable.
    5. Have fun, be consistent, don't let it consume your life.

    NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. You are investing in your most valuable asset...YOUSELF. You are worth the time and attention. Be vulnerable. Be honest. Be discerning. Share with those who are supportive in your life. Finally...do mirror work. Look yourself in the eyes and tell yourself that you love yourself completely and unconditionally just as you are. If that is to hard...just look at yourself and wink and smile. WELCOME. You got this.
