Body Revolution, 30 Day Shred, or PiYo

Hello everyone! I am walk/running 3 days a week and want to start a cross training exercise video program to help me time up and drop about 20 pounds. Have you tried one or more of these programs? Which would you recommend or not recommend?? Thank you in advance!

    I want to try the PiYo. But I got out voted and did the size it up. PiYo is next for me! Let me know how it goes for you!!

    Piyo is great for incorporating stretching and toning. There are so many other great programs from Beachbody too...and they’re all included in the on demand price! Lmk if you need more info! Ive been doing beachbody programs for 3 years 💜
