Hi there
Tomorrow is the day the change begins, I wont say diet as that seems a hard word to abide by but making changes I plan on losing weight, currently 12st 7lb aiming fo 10stone 10 for my wedding the end of next year.

    Good luck to you! Making that mental commitment to change is the first big step. Then it's like each day starts to feel like an accomplishment, little battles--and sometimes big battles--won, bringing closer and closer to your goal.
  • It was only a tomorrow start as I cleared out the cupboards. Today I have had my porridge, the salad is in the work fridge, Banana for a snack, then chicken all sorted for tea. Also booked in for an insanity class today, so I am ready to go,

  • I am feeling it this morning, bit annoyed that I forgot to record the exercise on my fitbit but it was a good work out
