Hey, I'm Kristen. I just gave birth to my daughter the end of December. I am wanting to lose the baby fat and get back down to my original weight. I am currently 150 and want to get down to 125. I do not eat all that healthy. Honestly, can't really afford the "healthy" foods. I am on a budget considering I spend a good 250 dollars on formula a month. I've never actually ate a 2,000 calerie diet. I was never able to eat that much. What I'm really needing is some workout routines that involve my daughter. Since, I don't get time away from her. Please help. (: Please and thank you.

Welcome, congrats on the baby girl, and good luck on your journey. The one thing that caught my eye in your post was you can’t afford to eat heathy. I would search you tube, there are a bunch of videos posted by people who have made healthy living there careers, and they actually record visits to the grocery store to show how to shop on a budget. You may find that helpful, as I know it’s helped me.0
